If you’ve tried importing email from Emailchemy’s IMAP server into Outlook 2016 for Mac lately, you may have noticed that most messages were blank. The blank messages were caused by a recent software update from Microsoft that changed how Outlook Mac reads messages from an IMAP server. Today, we’ve released an update to Emailchemy to address this change.
If you are moving to Outlook 2016 for Mac via IMAP, then you will need to use Emailchemy 13.2.7 or later. Older versions of Emailchemy are still able to create OLM files that can be imported by Outlook Mac.
