Emailchemy 14.0.2 is out now with a fix for a bug that would sometimes occur when writing PST files. If the “packaging” step of writing the PST file took longer than 5 minutes, the “Emailchemy progress has stalled” warning would appear, asking you whether you wanted to keep waiting. If you did keep waiting, or if you ignored this message, the packaging would still complete, but this warning message should not have been displayed at all. The PST writer now resets the timer after each message, so now you will only see this warning if Emailchemy has truly stalled.
