My key has exceeded allowed usage?

Emailchemy Personal Edition has a limit on the number of computers you can install it on, but the limit is high enough that it should cover just about anyone’s personal usage needs.  When you hit this limit and try to install Emailchemy on another computer, you will see this message.  If you believe you’re seeing this message in error, contact our Helpdesk and we’ll look into it.

Because we recommend you do the email conversion on the target computer, you really only need to install it on one computer (and copy your mail from older computers there), but we allow up to five. If you have your personal email spread across more than five computers and have no way of copying the files from those computers, contact our Helpdesk and we’ll raise the limit.
