Where is my registration key?

Your registration/activation key will be sent to the email address you provided usually within 30 minutes of ordering. However, sometimes our automated messages get caught by spam filters, and sometimes people make a typo when entering their email address.

Please  check your spam folder or contact helpdesk@weirdkid.com and we’ll send you your key directly.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to include your order number and an alternate method of contacting you. We’ve had difficulty contacting people through email when their inboxes are full and cannot receive more email.
